RSS is the acronym of Really Simple Syndication. RSS is a protocol used to provide items containing short descriptions of web content between websites or between a website and your computer.
In order to receive, automatically, updates of your favourite websites on your desktop by using an RSS feed (RSS channel) you need to install an RSS Feed viewer application such as Serence KlipFolio (PC) or MulleNewz.dock (MAC OSX).
