The Harumi Passenger Ship Terminal, or Tokyo Port Terminal, has been designed by the Japanese architect Minoru Takeyama.
The observatory located on the top of the terminal offers a large panoramic view over the Tokyo Bay and the Rainbow Bridge, from Odaiba to the Tokyo Tower.
